What does 15% cover?
Everything it takes to run the rental: listing and photos direction, daily pricing, all guest messages, cleaning scheduling, maintenance coordination, reviews and your monthly statement. Guests pay the cleaning fee. Repairs and supplies are billed at cost with receipts.
Do I keep control of my home?
Yes. You can block dates for your own use any time, and anything over a set repair amount comes to you for approval first.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts and a detailed statement every month, showing every booking, fee and cost.
My home is already on Airbnb. Can you take it over?
Yes, and your reviews stay with the listing. We usually improve pricing, photos and the description in the first weeks.
How long is the agreement?
Twelve months, with a clear exit clause if we are not meeting what we promised.
